About the journal

The DMIMS Journal of dental research is a quarterly published, peer-reviewed journal for scholarly work addressing all aspects of the professional development and continuing health education. viewers. Articles accepted would be copy edited for grammar, punctuation, print style, and format.

It was started in 2017 with 10 articles per issue. The journal in published in English language. Each issue has 5 original study, 4 case reports and 1 review to its credit. The letters to the editor, with an original research or a clinical tip, pictorial case report are also a part for the publication.

Its aim is to disseminate the essential information related to health education and to advance the knowledge, understanding and the decision making capacity of health professionals so as to have significant impact on global health care education system and to promote the transformational research. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles.

The DMIMS Journal of dental research is committed to meeting and upholding standards of ethical behavior at all stages of the publication process. Scope of the journal

The journal attempts to present educational research from the disciplines of Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy & Nursing. It acknowledges the practical issues in teaching-learning and issues in educational sciences, emerging trends in health education and common challenges faced by the medical teachers and the learners. It also has focus on faculty development, student assessment, student development, educational research and analysis, curriculum development, need assessment, institutional policy, career planning, values and ethics in health education. The journal provides health care professionals with a new & distinct insight thus contributing to continuous professional development in health education.
